Custom Vacuum System Design & Manufacturing

Adesis designs and manufactures custom vacuum systems for application-specific requirements. We develop the system around the required working volume, mechanical interfaces and operating needs, with the delivery scope agreed before manufacture.

A system starts with the application

A chamber drawing is only one part of a system requirement. The usable internal volume, access for samples or equipment, port positions, pump connections, viewports and service clearances need to work together. Tell us what the system must accommodate and how it will be used; a finished technical drawing is not required for an initial discussion.

Design and manufacture under one project scope

Adesis undertakes the design and manufacture of its custom systems. The quotation establishes which chamber, mechanical assemblies, connections, controls and integration activities are included. Component selection and the boundaries between supplied equipment and customer equipment are reviewed for each project. We do not assume that every project needs a complete turnkey system.

Evidence from actual work

Our public project examples include an Adesis-designed and manufactured chamber assembly with a support frame and a separate cylindrical vacuum system with a control panel. The CAD example is identified as a 3D design model. These examples demonstrate our project experience; they are not standard catalogue models or a promise of identical performance for a different application.

Define acceptance before production

Specify the target operating and base pressure, process temperature, materials, port standards and any dimensional or cleanliness requirements. Required leak tests, functional checks and documentation are agreed in the quotation. Numerical performance, certification and test results are project-specific and are not inferred from a photograph.

What to include in your enquiry

Send the application, approximate chamber dimensions, quantity, existing equipment interfaces and expected delivery date. If known, include gases, temperature range, pressure requirements, utilities and acceptance criteria. Clearly mark uncertain values. An initial outline is enough to begin reviewing the scope.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Can Adesis design a system without a customer drawing?

Yes. Adesis can start from an application description and initial requirements, then define the design and manufacturing scope with the customer.

Can I request a chamber assembly rather than a complete system?

Yes. The delivery boundary may be a chamber or a wider assembly; the included components, integration and checks are established during quotation.

Are all project photographs available?

No. Only images suitable for public sharing are shown. Customer identities and confidential project details are protected.

How do I request a quotation?

Share the application, approximate dimensions, quantity, interfaces and delivery expectations through the project RFQ or contact the technical team by email.
