How to specify Edge-Welded Bellows
Edge-welded bellows provide more stroke in a compact envelope than formed bellows and can isolate motion or vibration without a dynamic elastomer seal. Design inputs include free length, compressed and extended length, effective area, spring rate, cycle life, pressure direction, temperature, material and end fittings.
