Name, company or laboratory, email, phone, delivery country, requested products, technical specifications and notes supplied by the user.
Purpose of processing
Technical review, quotation preparation, responding to enquiries, order and delivery administration, compliance with legal obligations and information security.
Sharing and transfers
Information may be shared, only as necessary, with authorised personnel, technical service providers, logistics and customs parties, and legally authorised institutions. Personal data is not sold for advertising.
Retention and security
Information is retained in access-controlled systems for the period required by the enquiry, any resulting commercial relationship and applicable legal obligations, then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
