Data is processed where directly related to establishing or performing a contract, necessary for legal obligations, necessary for establishing or protecting a right, or supported by legitimate interests without harming fundamental rights.
Transfers
Data may be transferred, within the purpose and where necessary, to technical and operational service providers, logistics and customs parties, and authorised public institutions.
